You shouldn't drink milk otherwise you can get fat.

Yes, milk can store as fat, but not as much as most of people think. Milk is a great source of protein and it contains vitamins like calcium, vitamin D and vitamin A. If you work out, milk is essential for muscle growth.

Drinking lots of water will result with gaining water weight.

You can't get water weight. Actually, most of people nowadays is dehydrated and drink too less water. You shouldn't worry about water weight and should drink lots of water as it is healthy and increases your metabolism. If you exercise, you should aim for a gallon of water a day.

You should eat only egg white.

While yolk contains way more calories than egg white, you still should eat it because it contains more calcium, iron and zinc that egg white. You shouldn't worry also about cholesterol, because egg yolk contains good cholesterol which your body doesn't absorb.

Drinking cold water will burn calories.

I can't believe how much people believe this myth. Cold water won't burn calories, however drinking lots of water will. I actually believed this myth myself once, so we all sometime fall for myth.

Zero calorie foods.

There isn't zero calorie foods. No matter what you eat, you will intake more calories than you burn.
